Come on out to The Spitfire Grill
Huntsville Forester
HUNTSVILLE - The Huntsville Community Theatre Company presents the heartwarming musical The Spitfire Grill.
Directed by S. Derek Shelly, the play tells the story of a feisty parolee who follows her dreams to a small town in Wisconsin and finds a place for herself working at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill.
Performing will be Emilie Berry (Percy, fresh out of prison), Meg Jordan (Hannah, the crusty old grill proprietor), Greg Perras (Caleb, Hannah’s headstrong nephew), Laura Marshall (Caleb’s wife), David Walton (town sheriff) and Jodie Auckland (Effy, the town gossip).
The trio of musicians headed up by musical director Jodie Auckland has Gregory Gibson on piano, Alec Gibson on violin and Daron McColl on guitar performing the most engaging and instantly infectious melodies.
With the help of major sponsors like Rick Wearing and Sandra Parrott of Royal LePage, Lakes of Muskoka Realty, advance tickets are available at Treasures and Trophies for $15. Tickets will be $18 at the door.
