THE CHAMPS: The Moose Delaney’s team poses after claiming the 2012 Huntsville Men’s Fastball League championship.
Acme Planing Mills, which ended up in first place in the regular season with an 8-1-6 record, were upset by the last-place Rolston Home Building Centre (1-13-1) in one semifinal on Sept. 4 by a score of 6-2.

Acme put its game together to down Parry Island 5-1 to capture the B division title.
The Cinderella playoff run for Rolston lasted the one game, as Moose Delaney’s cruised to the overall championship with a 10-3 victory.
