Canadian Blood Services would like to express its gratitude to the Parry Sound community for their overwhelming support at the last Blood Donor Clinic located at the Knights of Columbus Hall on April 26 and 27. It is because of your generosity that we were able to collect 161 units of blood, thus saving many lives. A strong start to the year in the first quarter will be critical to position us for a strong summer and a strong 2012/13 overall.
Making a blood donation helps ensure an adequate supply for hospital patients in need.
