ATVs on our roads?

It goes without saying that machines must be “street legal” to travel on public property.
Illegal ATVs present enough aggravation on our roads to those of us that enjoy quietness and privacy. Legalizing their use will expose us to much more private property invasion, as well as unwelcome noise.
To legalize their use on designated roads is discriminatory. If they are to be legalized, it should be on every road, Manitoba Street as well as all residential streets included.
That way, all taxpayers can share the aggravation as well as the privilege.
