Annual Great Potato Bash, Saturday

The 11th annual Great Baked Potato Bash is this Saturday, March 23 at the Foley Agricultural Hall, 60 Rankin Lake Road.  Doors open at 4:30 and supper is served at 5 p.m. Great foot-tapping music will be supplied by Third Change. The cost is $13 for adults, $6 for children 4 to 12 years of age, and toddlers eat for free.  Hope you have your tickets!

Next movie night in Rosseau is this Friday, March 22 with the feature The Hobbit – an Unexpected Journey.  Movie starts at 7 p.m. at the Rosseau Memorial Hall.  The cost is only $5 a ticket, but have your Seguin Library card or your Rosseau Lake North Association membership and you can get in for only $2.50. Coming up on Friday, April 5, Cirque du Soleil – Worlds Away and watch for Parental Guidance coming up on Friday, April 19.  Everyone is welcome!
Deepest sympathy of the community is extended to family and friends of Marg Crawford, who passed away recently.  Marg was the librarian at the Rosseau library for over 30 years. She was involved in many organizations in the community and will be greatly missed.
Deepest sympathy of the community is extended to Doug Mullen and family on the passing of Tracey last Friday. Tracey will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and co-workers.

And coming up this Sunday, March 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. an Easter party at the Community Centre in Orrville sponsored by the Foley Agricultural Society and the Orrville Recreation committee.

This Wednesday, March 20 please join us at the Humphrey library for the Friends of Humphrey Library annual St. Patrick’s Day Tea. Drop in for a cup and a homemade goodie between 2 and 4:30 p.m.  Everyone is welcome.  
Don’t forget if you need assistance with your computer, e-reader, etc.  our CAP students are available for another two weeks.
