Parry Sound’s Got Talent at the YMCA

Parry Sound’s Got Talent was standing room only last Thursday at the YMCA as local talent crossed the stage to show off their various skills including singing, line dancing, acrobatics, comedy, fitness and gymnastics. Winners were: In the 19-49 category, Kendra Kerr; in the 50 plus category, On The Move fitness group, but it deferred the prize to second place Michelle Buttineau; in the 13 to 18 category, Celine Cascanette singing the Miranda Lambert song Famous In A Small Town, changing some of the lyrics to better fit Parry Sound; and in the age 5 to 12 category, Claire Logan with Lauryn Orr, in their acrobatics routine.
