The Whitestone Horticulture Society is holding a general meeting Wednesday, May 2 at 7 p.m. in the Dunchurch Community Centre.
Guest speakers Al and Lesley Last will be talking about photography with the members. Everyone is welcome to attend. Membership is $7 per year, so come as a guest and you may leave as a member. If you have any seedlings started then bring some in to exchange with other members.
The Whitestone Historical Society has a set of three DVDs available, which consist of an extensive collection of historical pictures of Dunchurch with audio commentary. If you are interested in obtaining this DVD set please contact Goldie Ladd at 705-389-1998.

Progressions of Life series
On Wednesday, May 9 in the Dunchurch Community Centre the Progressions of Life series, a part of the Women’s Wellness program, is presenting a talk on nutritional values.
The presentation starts at 7 p.m. and cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple and everyone is welcome to attend.
