Bantams collect for Harvest Share

PARRY SOUND - On Wednesday, October 31, my team, Ritchie Insurance Bantams, went door-to-door collecting canned foods/food donations for the Harvest Share Food Bank here in town. We started at 5 p.m. and ended at 6 p.m. Although it was only an hour, we collected well over five carloads of canned foods and non-perishable foods. My team and I had a fun time supporting a great cause.
We have had an awesome season so far this year. We recently went to the West Ferris Early Bird Tournament, in North Bay, and we won the tournament for the third year in a row.
Our home tournament is coming up on the weekend of the November 16.
We hope to see our hometown crowd out supporting our team so we can win this tournament too. Hope to see everybody out supporting.
