Police seek public's assistance in hit and run

HUNTSVILLE - Shortly after 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 a cyclist was traveling on Centre Street at Hanes Road in the town of Huntsville when he was struck by a vehicle.
Huntsville OPP is looking to speak to the driver of a mid-sized dark blue car. The driver left the scene of the collision. 
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may know who the driver of the motor vehicle is, is asked to contact Huntsville OPP at 705-7898-5551 or Crime Stoppers at  1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
The cyclist was transported to Huntsville District Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
