Black flies, dandelions and warm weather, spring has sprung.
Perhaps swatting the flies while working in the garden is very good exercise for all us seniors.

Don’t forget that we have a regular euchre tournament (Memorial) on Tuesday, June 5 starting at 10:30 a.m. in the McKellar Hall. The cost is $10 and you will enjoy a lovely lunch and play cards for that price. Perhaps you might even win first prize $100, second prize $75, or third prize $50.
Remember also that cards now start at 4 p.m. June 3 is a potluck. We always have a wonderful variety and lots of food.
I understand the three-day trip to Niagara Falls was a lot of fun. The weather was good and evidently there were some winners at the casino. Especially Ron Slater, who was so surprised he left money in the machine for someone else to play with.
There will be a one day trip to Niagara Falls on June 19.
The next Rama trip will be on June 11. Please contact Mary Ann Beck at 705-389-2899 for more information on the trips.
We hope Don Johnston gets well soon. We are thinking of you Don. Also, Betty Hume is in the hospital. Good well wishes to you also, Betty. Please notify the writer if there is someone else who is ill because I don’t always hear. Keep smiling it is also good exercise, and makes everyone including yourself feel good.
